The short version

• Without your consent this website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts, scripts and images come from our own web space.
• Visitor statistics (Google Analytics) are only switched on if you agree in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time.
• Apart from that we only receive personal data from you when you contact us yourself, by email or through the contact form.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Uberspace (Jonas Pasche, Kaiserstr. 15, 55116 Mainz, Germany). When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data to the server, such as the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and the browser you use. This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Your cookie choice

When you first visit, we ask whether you allow visitor statistics. Your answer is saved in your browser's local storage under the name evm-consent, so that we do not have to ask on every page. It contains only your choice and the date. This storage is strictly necessary to respect your decision (§ 25 (2) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (c) and (f) GDPR). We ask again after twelve months.

Visitor statistics with Google Analytics

If you agree, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>, stored for up to two years) and records which pages are opened, for how long, from which kind of device and from which approximate region. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. We use the figures only to see how the website is used and to improve it.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future through the cookie settings above. The Analytics cookies are then deleted.

Google may also process data in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Usage data in Google Analytics is deleted after two months, which is Google's default setting. More information: Google's privacy policy.

Contact by email or contact form

If you write to us, we process the details you send (your name, email address and the content of your message) in order to answer your request. Messages from the contact form on this website are passed on to our mailbox by email. They are not saved in a database on the web server. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or steps before a contract, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in all other cases. We delete your request once it has been dealt with, unless legal retention periods apply. Our mailboxes are provided by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

Links to other websites and social media

This website links to the websites and social media profiles of our artists and to our own profiles. These are plain links. No data is sent to those services until you click a link. After that, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, write to info@evm-artists.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Ansbach.
