What we do
What an artist manager actually does
A manager is the one person on an artist's team who looks at everything at once.
A label thinks about the record, a booking agent about the shows, a publisher about the songs. The manager's job is the whole career: where the band wants to be in a few years, and what has to happen this month to get there.

Career strategy
We set goals together with the band, turn them into a realistic plan for the next release cycle and beyond, and check regularly whether the plan still fits.

Timelines, budgets and campaigns for singles, EPs and albums, from the first demo to release day and the weeks after it.

Team and partners
We find the right label, distributor, publisher, booking agency and PR for each artist, and we are the one contact all of them can call.

We read the offers, negotiate terms in the artist's interest and bring in a specialist lawyer when a contract needs one.

We work with booking agents and promoters on routing, tour budgets and logistics, so a tour makes sense on stage and on paper.

Echo Vision Artist Management is an artist management company based in Nuremberg, Germany.
EVM was founded by Dorian Neidhardt and Matt Lush. Both come from touring and have spent years on the road with rock and metal bands, so we know the business from the stage side as well as from the desk.
Each artist has one manager as a fixed contact, with the rest of the team behind them.
